TONIC COCKTAILS

½ oz Bardaddy Tonic syrup
1½ - 2 oz Spirit of your choice
3 oz Soda
Not just for Gin & Vodka! Combine Bardaddy Tonic syrup with soda and any spirit you like! Mezcal, Whiskey, a funky Rum, nutty Madeira - go for it! Garnish with citrus and/or herbs, flowers, spices, as you like.

MONASTIC DAD
½ oz Bardaddy Tonic syrup
½ oz Lemon
¾ oz Green Chartreuse
¾ oz Rye Whiskey
Soda
Lemon twist
Add all ingredients but soda to shaker with 4-5 cubes ice and briefly shake to mix and chill. Strain over ice into cocktail glass of your choosing. Optional lemon twist garnish.

1 pinch Sea salt
2-3 Lime wheels
1 oz Bardaddy Tonic syrup
1 oz Blanco Tequila (like Pasote)
½ bottle (6 oz) Mexican Lager (like Pacifico)
Add all ingredients to large ice filled glass.

LIVING’S EASY
½ oz Lime
½ oz Bardaddy Tonic syrup
¼ oz Simple syrup
1½ oz Pineapple
Soda
Pineapple frond
Add first four ingredients to tin with a few cubes ice. Give a quick shake to chill and mix. Strain into ice filled cocktail glass of your choosing. Top with soda. Optional pineapple slice or frond.
